Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before October 1st, you will be refunded the full amount paid, less $100. After October 1st, no refunds will be issued unless you test positive for Covid and we will decide together on a refund or if you would like a spot at the next event. However, we will apply your purchase (less $100) toward future programs or sessions. We reserve the right to cancel the Retreat if it is not meeting the minimum numbers or Covid or other unseen circumstances arise. If we do so, any funds paid directly to us for the retreat will be refunded in full.
